These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Joyful Kidz Area’s website, play facilities, services, and promotions. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or entering our play area, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by applicable laws and regulations in the State of Qatar.

1. Admission & House Rules

• Entry is permitted only to children who meet the height requirement: indoor play ≤128 cm.

• Children under 100 cm may enter only with a female guardian/nanny. Male guardians are not permitted inside play areas.

• Outdoor play: girls ≤14 years, boys ≤11 years.

• Children showing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, flu, rash, etc.) will be denied entry for health and safety.

• All children must be supervised at all times by their guardian. Joyful Kidz management, staff, and owners are not liable for any accident, injury, or incident resulting from lack of supervision.

• The following are strictly prohibited: pushing, rough play, dangerous use of equipment, food/drink in play zones, and offensive or abusive language.

2. Use of Website & Content

• All materials on this site — including logos, mascots, images, videos, designs, text, trademarks, and photos of children or activities inside Joyful Kidz Area — are the exclusive intellectual property of Joyful Kidz Area and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

• Permission is granted to temporarily view the website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Download, save, screenshot, copy, or reuse any photos, videos, or media from the website.

  • Modify, alter, or distribute materials in any form.

  • Use materials for commercial, promotional, or public display purposes.

  • Reverse engineer, replicate, or re-publish the website or its contents.

  • Remove copyright, watermarks, or proprietary notices from any material.

  • Transfer content to another person or host it on another server without written consent from Joyful Kidz Area.

• Any unauthorized use of Joyful Kidz Area’s content, especially images or videos of children, will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action under copyright, intellectual property, and privacy laws of the State of Qatar.

3. Promotions, Packages & Pricing

• Promotions and packages are valid only for the dates and times publicly advertised.

• Management reserves the right to refuse the use of a promotion if:

  • Terms of eligibility are not met (e.g., age, timing, duration).

  • Misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

• Promotions cannot be combined, transferred, or refunded.

• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, except where already prepaid.

4. Liability & Safety

• Joyful Kidz Area Area ensures that all equipment is regularly maintained and complies with safety standards.

• Despite this, all play involves inherent risks. By entering the play area, guardians acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for their children.

• Joyful Kidz, its staff, and management shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from play activities.

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Any consequence of failing to follow house rules or staff instructions.

• Guardians agree to indemnify Joyful Kidz against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the play facilities.

• Joyful Kidz Area L.L.C. may capture marketing photos/videos only with a guardian’s signed consent. 

• The premises are also monitored by MOI-approved CCTV for safety.

5. Website Accuracy & Liability

• The website and its content are provided “as is.” Joyful Kidz does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information (including pricing, timing, or descriptions).

• Joyful Kidz reserves the right to update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.

• Joyful Kidz shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including data loss, interruption, or reliance on outdated content.

6. External Links

• The website may contain links to external websites. Joyful Kidz is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party sites.

• Use of external links is at the user’s own risk.

7. Data & Privacy

• Joyful Kidz may collect personal information (e.g., name, contact, child’s age) for bookings, events, or promotions.

• Information will be used solely for service delivery, communication, or safety compliance.

• Data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by Qatari law.

• By using the website or services, you consent to this collection and use.

8. Termination of Access

• Joyful Kidz reserves the right to deny entry, suspend services, or restrict website access at its discretion if rules are violated or misuse is suspected.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Qatar.

• Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
